Reprints: Authors

Corresponding authors are sent a reprint order form at the time they receive the galley proofs for their articles. If you did not receive this form or no longer have it available, please contact Ginny Loiselle at ginnyloiselle@oceansidepubl.com to receive a new copy. Authors may not distribute reprints to commercial parties, including employers. Author reprints may not be used for any commercial purpose, including by an author's employer. It is not unusual for an organization to order both author reprints and commercial reprints in order to comply. Author reprints are available in lots of 100 up to 200, in black and white and in color. Please include the following information with your request:

• Title of the article
• Journal in which the article was published
• Date of publication
• Your name, institution and title
• Your complete mailing address, telephone number and fax number

Reprints, ePrints and Licenses: Commercial Use

Commercial organizations wishing to obtain multiple copies of an article for any reason must order reprints or eprints through our designated agent. In general, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to fulfill reprint requests. It is preferred that requests be submitted by email. OceanSide Publications material or licenses purchased through Rockwater may not be re-sold, and it is always best to contact our agent directly rather than working through third-parties.
