Allergy and Asthma Proceedings (AAP) is a peer-reviewed journal indexed by MEDLINE®, dedicated to publishing timely scientific research on advancements in the knowledge and practice of allergy, asthma, and immunologic disorders. Its primary readership includes healthcare providers specializing in allergic and immunologic diseases. AAP seeks to publish predominantly clinically focused articles with the potential to impact patient care outcomes.  It welcomes the submission of original works, including peer-reviewed original research, review articles, and clinical trial results. As the official journal of the Eastern Allergy Conference (EAC)AAP also publishes content from EAC poster sessions and review articles from presentations delivered at EAC meetings.

EAC is a well-attended regional allergy conference that plans and conducts annual clinical and scientific CME meetings on allergy, asthma, and immunology in a learning environment that blends the informality of small regional conferences with the cutting-edge science of national conferences. Its educational goal is to share clinically useful information that improves the diagnostic accuracy and efficacy of treatments with practitioners who treat patients with allergic diseases. Its content is most relevant to allergy specialists, but attendance is open to all physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
